As a management consultant, another aspect of your business is to help your clients develop their business plans. In particular, a current client is in need of your coaching with the financial planning component of the business plan.
Based on the concepts presented in this course AS A WHOLE, provide your client with some tools from the course that you have learned over the past 9 weeks that they may wish to include in the plan. Your client needs more coaching from you than just a list of the financial concepts we discussed, but is really in need of some detailed considerations for those aspects of financial management that you consider to be most important.
This is your “final exam” in the course and your client is counting on you to “leave nothing on the table.”
I would imagine to do a relatively good job on this, it will take no less than 3-4 pages double-spaced, Times New Roman 12 point font, with 1 inch margins, NOT including cover sheet (not necessary) and references.
